Bobbi Kristina Brown: Doctor's unable to bring Whitney Houston's daughter out of coma

The 21-year-old, is on life support at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia, after she was found face down and unresponsive in a bath tub by her partner Nick Gordon, in her Roswell home on January 31.
Bobbi Kristina was given a tracheotomy last week and taken off a ventilator, in an effort to ward against infection. Doctors attempted to revive her from het comatose state, however it was reported by CNN that she began having seizures as she was taken off her medications. It was then decided to keep her in the coma.

The latest reports come as a feud continues between Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown.
Gordon, who was invited into the family home as a child by singer Whitney Houston was raised as a brother to Bobbi Kristina. However after her mother's death, they revealed they were in a romantic relationship and claimed they were married.
The family recently denied that a wedding ever took place and the acrimony between Gordon and Brown's family became evident amidst claims that he was prevented from visiting his girlfriend in hospital.
On Monday (23 February), Gordon launched a Twitter rant against Brown alleging that he had barely had any contact with his 21-year-old daughter for years before she was taken to hospital and accused him of being interested in Bobbi Kristina's inheritance.
In a series of angry tweets Gordon, told Brown to 'grow up' and warned him that his daughter will hate him when she wakes up. He insisted that he has taken care of his girlfriend '24/7' since her mother died in 2012 adding that her father was absent.
On Monday, he tweeted: "Okay, so I'll probably get in trouble for this." He posted a picture of the new Bobbi Kristina tattoo on his right arm with the caption: "Man to man I love your daughter. I don't know why you won't let me see her. Grow up. Your daughter is going to hate you when she wakes up.'
"Crazy how all the Browns came to the hospital when this went down. I've been with her 24/7 watching over her and mom. Bobby left when it got heavy. Bobby seen his daughter 4 times in the last 5 yrs. Now him and his family want Whitneys $$$ which belongs to Krissi or Cissy."'
Reacting to critics on Twitter doubting his claims he added: "'Listen at the end of all this I took care of Whitney Houston and Kriss which was very hard on someone my age. They cried on my shoulders!!!"
Recalling the night Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in the bath he said: "My only regret is not getting to [Bobbi] faster to give CPR."

"'I can't wait till she wakes up and dismiss all of the negative thoughts. There is a reason why her mom made me promise to look after her," he added.
"'Let me in the hospital to see my girl and let her hear my voice SHE WILL WAKE UP!!!'" he tweeted on Saturday.
The tirade came hours after lawyers for the Brown family told Gordon he will not be allowed at her bedside until he reveals exactly what happened the evening before Bobbi Kristina was found face down in a bathtub.
The tweets were later deleted.

However, it's all subject to lifestyle; Kim's hair will be dry from having it coloured a lot so doesn't need to wash it as much, plus a celebrity like her won't suffer from getting dirty hair from cooking or going on public transport!'
The 34-year-old mum of one told online magazine 'Get The Gloss' that 'For my hair, I don't wash it every day,' she said. While her beauty regime is incredibly complex and costly, when it comes to her hair things are slightly more simple.
Here's her five day hair routine and how she avoids getting anywhere near the showerhead:
'Day 1: We start out with a blowout [blowdry],' Kim explains. 'Day 2: We go into a messier vibe. Day 3: We flat iron [Straighten] it and do a really sleek look, since that requires a little oil in the hair. Day 4: Could be a slicked-back ponytail. Day 5: Is when you wash it,' Kim laughs.

Navy flight tests Trident II ballistic missiles

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Lockheed Martin reports two new successful flight tests of its Trident II D5 fleet ballistic missile by the U.S. Navy. The tests of the missile were conducted in the Pacific Ocean from a submerged Ohio-class submarine.
The unarmed missiles, manufactured by Lockheed Martin, were converted into test configurations using kits with range safety devices and flight telemetry instrumentation that were produced by the company.
"These latest test flights demonstrate the reliability of the D5 missile and the readiness of the entire Trident Strategic Weapon System every minute of every day," said Mat Joyce, vice president of Fleet Ballistic Missile programs and deputy for Strategic & Missile Defense Systems, Lockheed Martin Space Systems. "The Navy program office, the submarine crews and the industry team never rest to ensure the safety, security and performance of this crucial deterrence system."
The two firings bring the number of successful flight tests of the missile since 1989 to 155, Lockheed Martin said.
The Trident II D5 is a three-stage ballistic missile. It can travel more than 4,000 nautical miles and carries multiple, independently targeted re-entry bodies.

Man arrested, charged in stabbing death of Nicki Minaj's tour manager

MT. AIRY (WPVI) --

Charges have been filed in connection with the stabbing death of a member of rapper Nicki Minaj's touring group last week outside an East Mount Airy bar.

31-year-old Pierce Boykin, from the from 1300 block of East Sedgwick Avenue in Philadelphia, was arrested Monday and has been charged with Attempted Murder, Aggravated Assault, Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and related offenses in the alleged homicide of 29-year-old De'Von Pickett.

Police say a homicide charge may be added at a later date.

De'Von Pickett of Brooklyn, New York, who was working as tour manager for Minaj, was in town for rehearsals for her upcoming European tour.

Pickett and 27-year-old Eric Parker of Philadelphia went with a group of friends last Tuesday night to Che Bar and Grill, located in the 6300 block of Stenton Avenue.

When the bar closed, around 2:30 a.m., Pickett and Parker's group got into a fight with a group of local men on the sidewalk just down the street from the bar.

Police say the altercation was allegedly sparked by a dispute over a woman who worked in the bar.

"Both of the parties both knew a female who worked at the bar, and the arguments centered around her," explained Philadelphia Police Captain James Clark.

Clark says a verbal altercation quickly escalated into a physical confrontation. One of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed both Pickett and Parker multiple times.

Pickett was killed, and Parker was critically injured.

Last week police took a person of interest in for questioning, but later released the man. It is unclear if Boykin was that man.

It is also unclear if police plan to make other arrests.

Last week police said they were searching for two other unnamed persons-of-interest, saying they are known to police.

APC alleges plot by FG to create fake Shekau

The APC Presidential Campaign Organization, APCPCO, has alleged that the Presidency is planning to present before Nigerians a fake Boko Haram leader in its effort to show Nigerians they are winning the war against terrorism.
The party also alleged that credible sources have alerted APC that the fake Shekau might become a tool to blackmail members of the opposition by coaching the phantom terror Boko Haram leader to say he is working for General Muhammadu Buhari (retd).
In a statement by the Director of Media and Publicity of APCPCO, Mallam Garba Shehu, he wondered where the ‘new Shekau’ will come from after government at several times in the past announced that they had killed the insurgents’ leader.

He said: “The charge to the military that they should catch Shekau alive by the President in the last 24 hours lends credence to the report that indeed a fake Shekau is about being created and we want to assert that the profile of the leader of the insurgents presupposes that the man is not likely to allow himself to be caught alive.
“APCPCO recalled that the attack on General Muhammadu Buhari in Kaduna was seen and believed by most Nigerians that it was perpetrated by the Boko Haram and the police that is constitutionally empowered to investigate such incidents has not contradicted the widespread belief that this was a Boko Haram attack.
“The view of APC is that it does not make sense for Buhari to be in league with or be associated in any way with people who have set out to kill him.
“Unfounded allegations linking the opposition to insurgency amounts to leaving the issues to pursue personal attacks as warned against barely 24 hours ago by leaders of the Catholic community in the country through Arch. Bishop John Onaiyekan.”
Quoting President Jonathan’s recent confession that he under-estimated Boko Haram, the APC presidential campaign said the admission was a direct evidence that President Jonathan had nothing to offer and must bow to the wind of change.
He said: “President Jonathan is out of touch with the realities of the lethal challenges posed by global terrorism including Boko Haram, which is affiliated to Al-Qaeda global terror network.
“For any President to under-estimate terrorism, it means that he does not take any national challenges seriously, including health, poverty, unemployment, power, education, infrastructure.”
The APC presidential campaign organization said President Jonathan had passed a vote of no confidence on himself and his government.
